Introduction part 3 - Presentation: Mannerisms

I didn't put this under the heading of Choice, because, part of how you act is subconscious, learned from childhood, and ingrained into your personality. Certainly, some bad behavior can be trained out of us like, "don't put your elbows on the table," or "don't interrupt other people when they're talking." Other mannerisms are difficult to control, or practically impossible to change. For example, the way you laugh, your sense of humor, and what you find attractive in a potential mate.

My goal is to identify positive and negative mannerisms and how they relate to being a man. Don't worry if you find yourself exhibiting a few bad habits. I fall short in a lot of areas myself. Many negative mannerisms can be compensated for and others can be fixed entirely.
